Are your orders guaranteed?
Yes. Unconditionally. If, for any reason, you don’t like your order once you receive it, simply return it to us and we will reprint your order to your satisfaction, or, if that is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

What will my print look like? Will it be better than the proof online?
Images displayed online are low resolution versions of the images that we captured and we use to print. Printed images will be higher resolution and will be professionally color balanced, cropped, and adjusted for contrast.

How are your orders printed?
All images are printed on premium quality photo paper.

Finding Your Photos

How do I find my photo if I have a photo identification number?
On the front page of www.jolesch.com, click on the “Find My Photo” button in the top right corner. To find a specific photo, use the photo ID field and fill in the number found below a photo proof (either on the website or in a proof mailer).

I just attended an event, how do I find the photos?
First, find your event:

  • On the front page of www.jolesch.com, click on the “Find My Photo” button in the top right corner.

  • Use either the event name, school name, calendar, or event location.

Next, find your photo:

  • Use the drop down menu to search for photos by school name, photo type, and, where applicable, individual name.

There are no photos available for the event online, what is going on?
Due to the post-production work necessary to process, index, and post images on the website, there is sometimes a delay between the event and being able to view photos. If the event does not have photos available, simply leave your email address in the box on the webpage and we’ll be sure to email you when the photos are available.


Ordering your Photos

I’m looking at a page of thumbnail images – how do I enlarge an image?
You can enlarge an image simply by clicking directly on the thumbnail-sized image.

How do I order photos?
If you are looking at an enlarged image and want to order, simply scroll down the page and add items to your shopping cart.

Can I order more than one photo at once?
Yes. Once you’ve added a photo to your shopping cart, simply continue browsing for additional photos by clicking on the “continue shopping” button at the bottom of the shopping cart.

How are orders charged?
Orders are authorized through the credit company from the card information given and charged when the order is shipped. The authorization should show up as such on your statement and will lower the available amount you have to spend. It is however not a charge and the amount will not be taken out of the account until your order has shipped.

I’m done looking at photos. How do I check out?
At any time, you can click on the “shopping cart” icon at the top right of any page. This will allow you to view the items that you have selected for purchase. From this page, you can edit amounts, remove items, and proceed to checkout.

I can’t seem to add photos to the cart. What do I do?
Jolesch Photography’s website uses “HTTP Cookies”, a small text file placed on your computer during shopping, to maintain the items in your shopping cart. Please make sure this feature is operational in your web browser.

How do I email photos to friends and family?
When looking at the enlarged version of the image, you can email a link by using the “share photo” form at the bottom right.

How do you protect my private information during the ordering process?
Jolesch Photography uses Secure Socket Layer encryption and Authorize.net for transaction processing. Your information is protected when you order.

I filled out an order form at the event, what do I do now?
If you filled out an order form at the event and have not returned it to us with payment, than your order is not yet complete. You will need to view your proofs and pay for your order in order to receive prints and products. To view your order:
First, locate your order:

  • On the front page of www.jolesch.com, click on the “View Order” button in the top right corner.

  • Type in the alpha-numeric number is adjacent to the words “Order Number” and your last name into the appropriate fields.

  • When viewing your proofs, you may edit or cancel your order with no penalty.

What if I no longer want to receive proofs from a marching band competition or music festival?
If you view your order and, for any reason, do not wish to complete it, we ask you to please cancel your order. Not only does this eliminate future emails and mailings from Jolesch Photography, it also reduces our costs so that we can continue to photograph events and provide our service economically and with a minimum of waste.

Digital Copies and Photo Licensing

How can I get a digital copy of an individual photo from your website?
For most of the individual photographs on the website, a digital copy is an option for purchase.

How can I get a digital copy of a group photo from your website?
Jolesch Photography does not sell digital copies of group photographs from its website due to the risk of illegal copying of the image for distribution. Digital copies of group photos may not be used for any purpose, including web display, yearbooks, plaques, or any display without a written license agreement from Jolesch Photography.

How can I get a copy of an image for use in the local newspaper or for yearbook usage?
For individual images, the purchase of a digital copy entitles the person in the image to reproduce the image for these purposes. For group photos, Jolesch Photography will generally grant restricted use licenses provided that the request is made in writing on the organization’s letterhead and that a minimum number of prints has been purchased of the image.
